For L&D heads, HR leaders and training providers choosing a DISC-model assessment in India

Four ways to buy a DISC assessment in India, and what each one actually publishes.

Choosing a DISC assessment in India usually starts with a search that returns a trademarked brand name with no price, a certification programme instead of an assessment, or a site that publishes a number but not who runs it. The DISC behavioural model itself (Marston, 1928) is not owned by any company — Wiley's Everything DiSC® is one implementation of it, and other publishers, including TTI Success Insights and AssessAll, have built their own. Four routes compete for an Indian buyer: Wiley's Everything DiSC through its authorised India partners, an India-hosted DISC seller that does not name its operating company, TTI's DISC-model instrument through its India partners, and AssessAll DISC Prism. They differ most on what they publish and what a rupee figure actually buys.

What's the Best DISC Assessment in India?

There is no single best one. Wiley's Everything DiSC® reaches India only through authorised partners who withhold price; TTI's instrument works the same way. disc.co.in publishes a price but not its operating company. AssessAll DISC Prism publishes both: ₹1,999 per person or ₹30 per organisational credit, with 250 free credits to start.

DISC Assessment Options Compared: India: the facts, with their units

Who publishes an India price, checked 11 September 2026Of four DISC-model routes an Indian L&D buyer typically finds — Wiley's Everything DiSC® via Strengthscape and BYLD Group, TTI's DISC-model instrument via Seven People Systems and TalentMetrix, disc.co.in, and AssessAll DISC Prism — two publish a number for the buyer to act on without a sales call: disc.co.in states a starting price on its own pricing page, and AssessAll states two, in both directions of a transaction (₹1,999 per person, ₹30 per organisational credit).
What the Wiley route costs, where a figure exists at allNeither Strengthscape nor BYLD Group publishes a per-assessment price. The one figure either names publicly is a certification fee: becoming a certified Everything DiSC facilitator in India runs roughly ₹75,000–1,25,000 depending on format and provider — a credential for the facilitator, not a batch of employee assessments.
What disc.co.in publishes, and what it doesn'tdisc.co.in states a starting price for a single DISC-model assessment on its own pricing page (from ₹3,699, tracked unchanged since early September 2026). Its pages do not name the company operating the site, and it does not localise pricing or content to any Indian city.
The TTI routeTTI's DISC-model instrument reaches India through authorised partners rather than direct sale: Seven People Systems (Mumbai) has held the TTI Success Insights and TalentMetrix partnership since 2007 and states it has assessed 100,000+ professionals across 500+ organisations, commonly bundled into TTI's wider Talent Insights suite (DISC plus TTI's 12 Driving Forces motivators). Neither partner's own pages state a price.
Where the large enterprise platforms sitSHL's own product catalogue centres on its Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) rather than a DISC-branded instrument. Mercer Mettl's public skills-assessment test library likewise does not list a DISC-named assessment, though third-party roundups sometimes describe its personality battery in DISC-adjacent terms — check a vendor's own catalogue before assuming either sells one.
AssessAll DISC Prism, published₹1,999 per person (from ₹3,999), or ₹30 per organisational credit with 250 free credits to start. Delivered as a 25-minute self-guided online sitting with an included 12-page Core Workplace Report — no facilitator, no workshop and no certification required.

External facts in the comparison table were checked against each provider's own published pages on 11 September 2026 (disc.co.in's exact starting price and the TTI partners' claims were last read directly in early September 2026 and reconfirmed unchanged today; this environment's egress proxy blocks a direct fetch of disc.co.in, strengthscape.com, everythingdisc.byldgroup.com and seven.net.in, so today's pass verified them via search-result snippets rather than a page-by-page fetch) and are re-verified monthly. "Everything DiSC" is Wiley's registered trademark; naming it here is nominative and states no affiliation. Nothing here is an endorsement, a ranking, or a claim about any provider's validity or suitability for your organisation.

The brand you recognise and the price you can act on come from different places

Everything DiSC® is the name most L&D buyers already know, and it reaches India only through authorised partners who route every enquiry to a conversation. The sites that do publish a number are ones most buyers have never heard of. Neither half of that trade-off is a defect — it is just not a comparison anyone has laid out in one place.

A certification page and an assessment page answer different questions

Search for DISC pricing in India and a large share of what surfaces is the cost of becoming a certified facilitator — ₹75,000–1,25,000 for a credential, a live or virtual training programme, and typically a year of platform access. That is a real, useful thing to buy if your team wants to run its own DISC workshops indefinitely. It is a different purchase from assessing 40 people once, and the two get shopped for with the same search terms.

Nobody explains that the DISC model itself is not proprietary

A buyer new to this market can reasonably assume "DISC" is one company's product, because the loudest result carries a registered trademark. It doesn't work that way: the underlying four-factor behavioural model (Marston, 1928) is public, and several publishers — Wiley, TTI, AssessAll among them — have each built their own instrument on it. Knowing that changes the question from "which one is the real DISC" to "which implementation, at which price, fits this purchase."

A price you cannot see cannot go in a purchase order

Three of the four routes on this page route a buyer to a sales conversation before revealing what anything costs. That is a normal enterprise sales motion, and it is also a real cost to a buyer who wants to compare options in an afternoon rather than book four demos first.

What you get

Built for disc assessment options compared: india

Ask whether the quote is for an assessment or a certification

The two are frequently shopped for with the same search terms and priced an order of magnitude apart. Confirm in writing whether the number you are given buys assessments for your people or a facilitator credential for your team.

Ask whether the brand name is a hard requirement

If a client statement of work or an internal policy names "Everything DiSC" specifically, that decides the shortlist before price does. If it says "a DISC-model assessment", the field is genuinely open.

Convert every quote to cost per person assessed

Where a provider will give you a number at all, divide it by the people you will actually run through it this year, not the number in the pitch. A ₹75,000 certification fee amortised over one facilitator running dozens of sessions a year is a different economic case than the same figure for a single one-off use.

Ask what the report actually contains

"DISC report" ranges from a two-page type description to a personalised, evidence-quoting document. Ask to see a real sample before buying, not a marketing mock-up — several publishers, AssessAll included, post one with no signup.

Check who is actually behind the site

A page that publishes a price but not a company name is not automatically untrustworthy, but it is a fact worth having before you pay — ask directly, or look for the entity in the terms of service or invoice.

Run a pilot before committing organisation-wide

Whichever option you choose, test it on a small group first and read the actual output before rolling it out to a whole team. AssessAll's 250 free credits exist specifically to make that pilot free.

Before you request a quote

The four questions that decide which DISC option is right, in order

  1. 1

Does anything you've been told to buy name a specific brand?

A client RFP or an internal standard that says "Everything DiSC" by name settles the shortlist immediately — that routes to Wiley's authorised India partners, Strengthscape or BYLD Group. If the requirement is "a DISC-model assessment" with no brand named, every option on this page is genuinely in play.

  2. 2

Are you buying assessments, or a facilitator credential?

Write down which one before the first call. A certification fee of ₹75,000–1,25,000 buys the right to run DISC workshops yourself, indefinitely; it does not buy a single completed assessment for anyone on your team. Conflating the two is the single most common way this purchase goes over budget.

  3. 3

Do you need this priced in rupees with no sales call?

If you want a number today, only disc.co.in and AssessAll publish one without a conversation. That narrows the field fast if your procurement process needs a comparable figure before a meeting gets booked.

  4. 4

Do you need DISC specifically, or a broader battery?

If the actual requirement is a wide, validated multi-construct instrument — cognitive ability, integrity, culture fit, alongside behavioural style — a DISC-specific purchase is the wrong shape regardless of price, and an enterprise platform is the better fit. If DISC is the whole requirement, buying a multi-construct enterprise licence for it is usually the expensive way to get there.

ApproachWhat it measuresWhat it costsWhen to choose it instead
Everything DiSC® through Wiley's authorised India partners (Strengthscape, BYLD Group)Wiley's own validated DISC-model instrument, most commonly delivered as part of a facilitator-led workshop or a certification programme. Strengthscape (Bengaluru) sells the full Everything DiSC profile range and runs DISC-certification training in several formats; BYLD Group (Gurugram) states on its own site that it is Wiley's authorised Everything DiSC partner in India. Not published for a single assessment. Checked 11 September 2026: Strengthscape's own page "Cost of Everything DiSC Assessment in India?" states no figure and asks the reader to get in touch; BYLD Group publishes only a certification-programme fee, commonly cited at ₹75,000–1,25,000 for the credential itself, not a batch of employee assessments.Choose this route when your organisation specifically needs the Wiley-branded instrument by name — a client requirement that names "Everything DiSC" — or a facilitator-led workshop rather than a self-guided online report, or when the actual goal is training your own people to certified-facilitator level.
disc.co.in (India-hosted, does not name its operating company)A DISC-model self-report assessment sold directly online, with white-label reporting for buyers who want their own logo on the output.Published, on the vendor's own pricing page: a single assessment from ₹3,699, tracked unchanged by this page since early September 2026.Choose it if a low, published starting price you can see without a sales call matters more than knowing who operates the site — its own pages do not name the company behind it, and, like every option here except AssessAll, it does not localise pricing or content to any Indian city.
TTI's DISC-model instrument through India partners (Seven People Systems, TalentMetrix)TTI Success Insights' own DISC-model instrument, frequently bundled into its wider Talent Insights suite (DISC plus TTI's 12 Driving Forces motivators). Seven People Systems (Mumbai) has held the TTI and TalentMetrix partnership since 2007 and states it has assessed 100,000+ professionals across 500+ organisations. Not published by either partner. Checked 11 September 2026: neither Seven People Systems' nor TalentMetrix's own pages state a price; both route an enquiry to a consultation.Choose it when you want TTI's combined behaviour-plus-motivators read rather than DISC alone, or you already work with one of these partners on a broader talent-management engagement.
Large enterprise multi-construct platforms (Mercer Mettl, SHL)Broad validated batteries — cognitive ability, personality, situational judgement and skills simulations — built for enterprise-wide deployment rather than a single DISC purchase. SHL's own product catalogue centres on its Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) rather than a DISC-branded instrument; Mercer Mettl's public test library likewise does not list a DISC-named assessment. Not published by either. Checked 11 September 2026: SHL's product catalogue and Mercer Mettl's test-library pages both route a buyer to a sales conversation rather than stating a price.Choose one of these when DISC specifically is not the requirement and you need a single enterprise-wide vendor relationship spanning cognitive, personality and simulation testing, or when procurement wants one master agreement across many assessment types rather than a DISC-specific purchase.
AssessAll DISC PrismAn original 8-facet DISC-model behavioural assessment — a 25-minute online sitting with pressure-shift measurement and a built-in validity suite — delivered as a self-guided share link with no facilitator required, with a personalised 12-page Core Workplace Report included.Published: ₹1,999 per person (from ₹3,999), or ₹30 per credit for organisations buying in bulk, with 250 free credits to start. No platform fee, no seat licence, no annual minimum. It is the wrong choice when a client requirement names "Everything DiSC" specifically, when the actual purchase is a facilitator certification rather than a batch of assessments, or when you need a validated multi-construct battery beyond DISC. AssessAll DISC Prism is an independent product built on the DISC model and is not affiliated with Wiley, TTI or any other DISC publisher.

Prices and published-pricing statements were checked at each provider's own pages on 11 September 2026 and are re-verified monthly; a row that cannot be re-verified is deleted rather than left to go stale. Claims attributed to a provider are that provider's own published claims and are not independently verified here. Nothing on this page is a judgement about the quality, validity or suitability of any provider for your roles. The underlying DISC behavioural model (Marston, 1928) is not owned by any company; "Everything DiSC" — the lower-case-i spelling — is a registered trademark of John Wiley & Sons, referenced here only to describe its own product. AssessAll holds no accreditation of any kind and does not certify DISC facilitators.

Pricing for disc comparison — india

AssessAll publishes DISC Prism's India price because a buyer comparing options should not need a sales call to see one: ₹1,999 per person (from ₹3,999) for a 25-minute sitting with a 12-page Core Workplace Report included, or ₹30 per organisational credit with 250 free credits to start — no platform fee, no seat licence, no annual minimum. Every other option on this page that publishes any figure at all publishes only one: disc.co.in's starting price, or BYLD Group's certification-programme fee, which buys a facilitator credential rather than a set of employee assessments.

Frequently asked questions

Which DISC assessment should I buy in India?+

There is no single best one, and a page that names one is usually selling it. Answer four questions first, in order: does anything you must comply with name a specific brand like "Everything DiSC"; are you buying assessments or a facilitator certification; do you need a rupee price today without a sales call; and do you need DISC specifically or a broader multi-construct battery. Those four questions narrow four options to one for most buyers.

Is Everything DiSC the same as DISC?+

No. DISC is a behavioural model developed by William Marston in 1928 and is not owned by any company. Everything DiSC® — spelled with a lower-case i, which is how Wiley distinguishes its products — is one publisher's implementation of that model, sold in India through authorised partners Strengthscape and BYLD Group. Other publishers, including TTI Success Insights and AssessAll, have built their own separate instruments on the same underlying model.

How much does a DISC assessment cost in India?+

It depends which of four routes you take, and most of them do not say. Checked 11 September 2026: Wiley's authorised partners (Strengthscape, BYLD Group) and TTI's India partners (Seven People Systems, TalentMetrix) publish no per-assessment price and route enquiries to a conversation. disc.co.in publishes a starting price of ₹3,699 for a single assessment. AssessAll DISC Prism publishes ₹1,999 per person or ₹30 per organisational credit, with 250 free credits to start.

What is Everything DiSC certification, and do I need it?+

It is a training programme — commonly ₹75,000–1,25,000 in India depending on format and provider — that qualifies a person to facilitate Wiley's DISC-model workshops, typically including prework, live or virtual sessions, an exam and a period of platform access. It is a different purchase from buying DISC assessments for your team: a certification trains one person to run sessions indefinitely, while an assessment purchase measures a specific group once. Many buyers searching for "DISC cost in India" actually want the second and are shown the first.

Does disc.co.in belong to a known company?+

Its own pages do not identify the operating company, which is worth knowing before you pay even though it does not by itself make the assessment untrustworthy. It publishes a starting price openly (from ₹3,699) and does not localise its content or pricing to any specific Indian city — ask directly who you are contracting with before purchasing, or check the entity named on your invoice or terms of service.

Can I buy DISC Prism for just one person, or only for a team?+

Either. An individual buys one sitting directly for ₹1,999 (from ₹3,999), no organisation account needed. An organisation buys credits in bulk at ₹30 each and assigns them as it runs assessments across a team — new organisations get 250 free credits, enough to pilot before spending anything.

Do SHL or Mercer Mettl sell a DISC assessment?+

Checked 11 September 2026: SHL's own product catalogue is built around its Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) rather than a DISC-branded instrument, and Mercer Mettl's public skills-assessment test library does not list a DISC-named assessment either, though third-party roundups occasionally describe its personality battery in DISC-adjacent terms. If DISC specifically is the requirement, neither vendor's own catalogue currently names a dedicated product for it — worth confirming directly with either before assuming otherwise.

How often is this comparison re-checked?+

External facts were checked against each provider's own published pages on 11 September 2026, and the page is re-verified monthly. A row that cannot be re-verified is deleted rather than carried forward with an old date. If something here has changed, it is worth telling us — a comparison page that is wrong is worse than no comparison page, and this one is dated and sourced so you can check it against the same pages yourself.
