- A developmental report with a practice plan and the role-play moments that decided your level, whatever the result.
Five pillars, one sitting.
Weighted to what employers actually screen for. Live Interaction carries the most weight, and a Distinction cannot be earned without it — a credential in workplace communication is not carried by multiple-choice items alone.
Can a stranger follow you the first time? Three spoken tasks, scored on intelligibility and content — never on accent.
Four short workplace recordings, each played once: a briefing, a customer call, a stand-up, a supplier voicemail.
A live spoken conversation with an AI counterpart who needs something from you by Thursday. Be honest about what is realistic; leave with an agreement.
Two written tasks: rewrite a blunt email, reply to an unhappy customer on chat.
Six everyday moments. Rate how effective each of four responses would be — the honest option with a plan is the effective one.
Three certificates. One honest report for everyone.
Gold certificate. Live Interaction at least 70.
Standard certificate. No pillar below 40.
Foundation certificate.
No certificate. Full developmental report; 45–54 earns one free retake within 14 days.
Level cuts are design priors and will be recalibrated after the first 200 sittings. The CEFR alignment is indicative — this is not a CEFR examination. All 24-month certificates are verifiable at a public link and issued as signed Open Badges 3.0 credentials.
35 minutes, at home, proctored.
- 1Mic and camera check (two minutes)
- 2Workplace listening — four recordings, played once
- 3Three spoken tasks of about a minute each
- 4Live role-play: a delivery manager needs something by Thursday
- 5Two short written messages
- 6Communication judgement — six situations, rate each response
- 7Scored within hours. Report immediately; certificate on pass (borderline sittings get a human look first).
Proctoring: Webcam AI. An identity photo is taken before you start and your webcam captures a small number of photos during the sitting, reviewed automatically for a second person or an empty seat. Browser activity is recorded.
Who it is for: Graduates and early-career professionals in India and abroad who need to show, not claim, that they communicate clearly at work.
Verify in seconds. See what matters, nothing more.
Scan the QR on a certificate or open the verification link: level, issue date, validity, revocation status and the five-pillar profile as bands. The credential is a signed W3C Verifiable Credential (Open Badges 3.0), checkable against AssessAll's published key. Employers see the level and a five-pillar band profile — never the transcript, never the raw scores.

Prove you can sell without over-promising. Inside-sales, field-sales and account-management professionals — and graduates entering sales — who want proof of how they sell, not a course certificate.
Prove you can turn a bad customer moment around. Contact-centre, support, hospitality and front-line service professionals — and graduates entering them — who want proof of how they handle customers, not a course certificate.
Questions candidates ask
What does the credential certify?
That you can perform in workplace communication to a stated level — clarity & intelligibility, comprehension & active listening, live interaction, written workplace messages, register & judgment — measured in one proctored sitting that includes a live role-play with an AI counterpart. It does not certify accent, and it is not a CEFR examination; the CEFR alignment on the report is indicative.
How long is the sitting and what do I need?
About 35 minutes (40 allowed), sequential. A quiet room, a laptop or phone with a working microphone and webcam, and a stable connection. The sitting is proctored (tier 2): an identity photo, a small number of webcam photos reviewed automatically, and browser activity checks.
What are the levels?
Distinction (composite 85+, with Live Interaction at least 70), Professional (70–84) and Foundation (55–69). No pillar may fall below 40 for Professional or above. Below 55 is 'not yet certified' — you still receive the full developmental report, and a composite of 45–54 earns one free retake within 14 days.
How do employers verify it?
Every certificate carries a QR code and a public verification link showing the level, issue date, validity and pillar profile as bands. The credential is issued as an Open Badges 3.0 / W3C Verifiable Credential signed by AssessAll, so it can be checked against our published key or added to a digital wallet. Employers never see your transcript, recordings or scores.
How long is it valid, and what about recertification?
24 months from issue. Holders can recertify at half price from 90 days before expiry.
What if I don't pass?
You are 'not yet certified', never 'failed'. Every taker gets the developmental report: the five-pillar profile, what to practise next, and the moments of the role-play that decided the score with coaching notes. Scores of 45–54 get one free retake within 14 days; otherwise a new sitting is a new purchase.
