For HR, people analytics and programme teams — worldwide

Ask the organisation what it thinks. Prove nobody can see who said what.

An employee survey measures how a workforce experiences its work — engagement, manager quality, workload, safety to speak up — by asking the same questions of everyone and reporting the pattern, never the person. AssessAll's Survey Engine runs engagement surveys, monthly pulses, training feedback and candidate-experience forms from the same workspace as its assessments: fourteen question types with skip logic, an AI composer that drafts a questionnaire from a one-paragraph brief, anonymity enforced by database triggers rather than by policy, results sliced by team only above a five-response floor, driver analysis against your outcome question, and repeat waves that track the same items over time. Respondents answer on a public link with no login; results and comments become visible only once the anonymity floor is met.

Anonymity that is a promise, not a property

Most survey tools store who answered what and rely on an administrator not to look. AssessAll's anonymous mode strips the respondent identity at the moment of submission — a database trigger, not a setting — and locks the mode once the first response lands, so nobody can switch a live survey to identified after the fact.

Team results that unmask the team of three

A per-team breakdown is the most useful view and the most dangerous one. Any slice with fewer than five completed responses is merged into a combined group before it is shown, comments included, so a small team's answers are never readable on their own.

Weeks to write a questionnaire

Describe the audience and the question you need answered; the composer drafts sections, items and scales from a validated item library, and you edit rather than start. The engagement template ships as twelve core items you can run this week.

Results nobody acts on

Driver analysis shows which items move your outcome question — engagement, intent to stay, eNPS — so the report ends with the three things to change, not forty bars.

What you get

Built for employee surveys & pulse

Fourteen question types with logic

Single and multiple choice, dropdown, yes/no, NPS, rating, Likert, matrix, ranking, open text, number, date, email and phone — with show/hide conditions so a respondent only sees the questions that apply to them.

AI composer from a brief

One paragraph about who is answering and what you need to decide becomes a full draft: sections, items, scales, welcome and thank-you screens. Engagement items are drawn verbatim from the built-in library so wording stays comparable across waves.

Anonymity enforced in the database

Anonymous surveys never record a respondent identity; the mode locks at the first response; results, slices and comments are withheld below the five-response floor and small groups merge automatically.

Per-team slicing and drivers

Cut results by team, location or any attribute you attach to the send list; rank items by their correlation with your outcome question to see where the leverage is.

AI themes over open comments

Above the comments floor, open answers are summarised into themes with a sentiment split and two or three suggested actions — paraphrased, never quoted, so a manager can read the pattern without being able to identify a writer. If the analysis cannot run, nothing is shown rather than raw text.

Waves and pulses

Re-run the same instrument on a cadence under one series and read the trend line item by item — the monthly pulse template is five questions and four minutes.

One workspace with your assessments

Post-assessment feedback, training-session feedback and candidate-experience surveys attach to the programmes you already run here, so measured capability and reported experience sit in the same console.

Common use cases

  • Annual or half-yearly engagement survey with team-level results above the anonymity floor
  • Monthly pulse on a fixed five items, trended wave over wave
  • End-of-session training feedback tied to the programme it belongs to
  • Candidate experience after a hiring assessment, anonymous by default
  • Exit and onboarding surveys on a public link, no accounts
  • Manager-effectiveness surveys as the survey-side companion to a 360° cycle

Pricing for employee surveys

Surveys run inside your organisation workspace and carry no per-response charge today. The workspace itself is pay-as-you-go in credits (1 credit = ₹30 / US$0.50) for assessments and 360° reports; a new organisation starts with 250 free credits.

Frequently asked questions

Is an AssessAll employee survey really anonymous?+

Yes, and not by policy alone. In anonymous mode the respondent identity is discarded by a database trigger at submission, the mode is locked once the first response arrives, and every breakdown — team slices, comments, distributions — is withheld until at least five people in that group have responded. Smaller groups are merged into a combined segment rather than shown.

What kinds of surveys can I run?+

Engagement surveys (a twelve-item core template ships ready to send), monthly pulses, training-session feedback, candidate-experience feedback after an assessment, onboarding and exit surveys, and any custom questionnaire built from fourteen question types with skip logic. The AI composer drafts a questionnaire from a paragraph describing the audience and the decision.

How do respondents take a survey?+

On a public link that opens on any device with no login. You send it by email from the workspace or paste it into your own channel; a dry-run shows exactly who will receive it before anything goes out, and the send list is de-duplicated so nobody is asked twice.

Can I compare results over time?+

Yes. Waves run under one series so the same items are trended survey over survey — the monthly pulse is built for this. Driver analysis ranks items by how strongly they move your outcome question, so each wave ends with the few things most worth changing.

What does it cost, and does it work outside India?+

There is no per-response charge for surveys today; they run inside your organisation workspace, which is pay-as-you-go in credits for assessments and 360° reports, priced in INR and USD. The engine is language-agnostic and used by teams across India, the Gulf and South-East Asia.
