Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the AssessAll assessment platform at https://assessall.com, operated by Bodhih Training Solutions Pvt. Ltd.(“AssessAll”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying credits or an assessment, or taking an assessment through a link we issue, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we handle and why, and forms part of these terms.

2. Who can use the platform

  • You must be 16 or older to hold an AssessAll account.
  • Participants under 18 may take an assessment where an institution or employer has issued it and holds the appropriate consent. The issuing organisation is responsible for obtaining that consent.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account, and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Credits, prices and payment

  • Organisations use the platform on a pay-as-you-go basis. Assessments are consumed with credits; credit packs and individual assessments are bought at the prices shown at the point of purchase.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian rupees or US dollars. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you are charged in — we do not convert at a live exchange rate. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
  • Free credits granted on signup are promotional, are not exchangeable for money, and expire on the validity period shown when they are granted.
  • Purchased credits are consumed when an assessment sitting is created or launched. Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing, are non-transferable between organisations, and have no cash value.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.

4. Refunds

Credits and assessments are digital goods delivered immediately, so purchases are generally final. We will refund, on request within 14 days:

  • a duplicate or accidental charge;
  • a purchase where the platform failed to deliver what was bought;
  • unused credits from a pack bought in error, less any already consumed.

Write to solutions@bodhih.com with the order details. A completed assessment sitting, and the report generated from it, is not refundable on the basis of the result.

5. Assessments, scoring and reports

  • Assessments are scored automatically. Some question types — written and spoken responses in particular — are graded by AI models against a published rubric, and some sittings are reviewed by a person.
  • Every score carries measurement error. Reports are decision support: they are one input into a hiring, promotion or development decision and must not be the sole basis for one. You are responsible for how you use a result, including compliance with the employment, equal-opportunity and data-protection law that applies to you.
  • If you believe a sitting was scored incorrectly, or was invalidated in error, contact us and we will review it. Participants may ask the organisation that issued their assessment for their result.
  • We may update an assessment’s items, scoring or report design. Results from different versions of an instrument are not always directly comparable, and we will say so where it matters.

6. Proctoring and integrity

  • Where an assessment is configured as proctored, the platform may capture periodic webcam photographs and record integrity signals such as tab switches and paste attempts. Participants are told before a proctored sitting begins.
  • The organisation issuing the assessment decides whether proctoring is on, and is the controller of the resulting evidence. We process it on their instructions.
  • Integrity signals are indicators, not verdicts. A flagged sitting should be reviewed by a person before any decision is taken on it.
  • Attempting to obtain assessment content in advance, having someone else sit an assessment for you, or using unauthorised assistance during a sitting are grounds for invalidating the result and closing the account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, publish, resell or otherwise distribute assessment items, keys, rationales or report templates;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-extract platform content, or attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring;
  • probe, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or another organisation’s data;
  • upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or use the platform to discriminate unlawfully against any person;
  • use the platform to make automated decisions about people without the human review the law where you operate requires.

8. Intellectual property and your data

  • Ours. The platform, the assessment catalogue, item banks, scoring designs, report designs and the AssessAll name and marks remain ours. Buying an assessment gives you a licence to deliver it and use its reports for your own hiring, development or certification purposes — not to reproduce the instrument.
  • Yours. Content you upload — job descriptions, custom items, branding, candidate lists — remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to host it, deliver assessments from it, and generate reports.
  • Participants’.Assessment responses belong to the participant and are processed for the organisation that issued the assessment. A participant’s Skill Passport is theirs to keep and share.
  • Custom work. Where we author a bespoke assessment for you, ownership of the resulting instrument is set out in the written agreement for that work; these terms do not transfer it.
  • We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the platform and to publish benchmark research. Aggregated data never identifies a person or a client organisation.

9. Availability

We work to keep the platform available and to warn you before planned maintenance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces something you have paid for, we will tell you and offer a pro-rata refund of the affected credits.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that has unpaid amounts outstanding — with notice, except where the breach requires us to act immediately. On closure we retain and delete data as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused purchased credits are refundable on closure unless the account was closed for breach.

11. Warranties and liability

The platform is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including that an assessment will be fit for a particular hiring decision. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of these terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from a decision you took on the basis of an assessment result.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above changes when we do. For material changes affecting paying customers we will give notice by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
