For HR, compliance & L&D teams in India
The training happened. Can you show it landed?
AssessAll is an online assessment platform Indian organisations use to measure and certify what employees actually retained from compliance training. Two proctored, scenario-based certification assessments are live today: POSH Certification — Workplace Harassment Prevention (20 questions, 25 minutes) and DPDP Act Certification — Digital Personal Data Protection (18 questions, 22 minutes). Each costs 5 credits — ₹150 per employee — with a 70% pass mark, annual re-certification framing, and a verifiable Open Badges 3.0 digital badge issued on passing that anyone can check via a public link. AssessAll is the measurement layer, not the training: it works after any provider's POSH or data-protection programme, and it certifies demonstrated understanding and judgement — it does not provide legal advice or statutory compliance sign-off.

Attendance is not understanding
Most compliance programmes end with a completion record: the employee sat through the session or clicked through the module. A sign-in sheet proves attendance; it says nothing about whether anyone can apply the Internal Committee process, recognise a reportable situation, or handle personal data correctly on a Tuesday afternoon. A scenario-based assessment measures the thing the training was for.
The end-of-module quiz is a formality
Five recall questions, unlimited attempts, answers shared on the group chat — the typical LMS quiz is designed to be passed, not to measure. AssessAll's certifications run proctored: fullscreen required, tab switches limited, copy-paste blocked, and a 70% pass mark against original scenarios that cannot be looked up mid-attempt.
Certificates nobody can verify
A PDF certificate with a name typed on it is evidence of nothing. Every AssessAll pass issues an Open Badges 3.0 digital badge with a public verification link — an auditor, a client running vendor due diligence, or a future employer can confirm who was certified, for what, and when, without calling your HR team.
Annual refreshers on an annual-licence budget
Certifying 200 employees should not require a platform subscription. At ₹150 per employee per certification, a 200-person POSH re-certification wave costs ₹30,000, runs on employees' own devices, and scores itself — and the 250 free credits new organisations receive will certify a 50-person pilot before you pay anything.
What you get
Built for compliance & conduct certification — india
POSH Certification — Workplace Harassment Prevention
Twelve original, fictional workplace scenarios test judgement; eight knowledge questions test the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 itself — Internal Committee, timelines, employer duties, and employee rights. 20 questions, 25 minutes, 70% to pass, designed for annual administration.
DPDP Act Certification — Digital Personal Data Protection
Ten workplace scenarios test applied judgement on consent, breach response, children's data and data-principal rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; eight knowledge questions test the Act's core provisions. 18 questions, 22 minutes, 70% to pass.
Scenario-first item design
The majority of every certification is applied judgement, not recall: original, fictional workplace situations where the employee must choose what to do, not recite what the law says. That is what distinguishes measured capability from a completion certificate.
Proctored administration
Fullscreen is required, tab switching is limited and logged, and copy-paste and right-click are blocked — so a pass reflects what the employee knows in the room, not what the group chat knows. Retakes are allowed after a failed attempt, and each retake is a fresh proctored sitting.
Verifiable digital badges
Passing issues a digital badge on the Open Badges 3.0 standard — 'POSH certified' or 'DPDP certified' — carrying the achievement, criteria and issue date, verifiable by anyone through a public link. Badges also land in the employee's Skill Passport alongside their other measured competencies.
Rollout without IT
Assign from the organisation dashboard and employees complete the assessment on their own phone or laptop. Scoring is instant, the dashboard shows pass/fail and question-level detail as submissions arrive, and stragglers are visible by name — so a certification wave closes in days, not quarters.
Before-and-after measurement around training
Because the assessment is separate from the training, it can run before a programme as a baseline and after it as proof of movement — the same pre/post pattern AssessAll's training-needs-analysis customers use. If your provider's workshop worked, the delta will show it.
Common use cases
- Annual POSH re-certification waves across an organisation
- DPDP Act readiness certification for teams handling personal data
- Post-training measurement after any provider's compliance workshop
- Onboarding: certifying new joiners within the first month
- Vendor and client due-diligence evidence — verifiable badges per employee
- Baselining before a compliance programme to target the training
- BPO, GCC and IT services workforces certifying at volume
Pricing for compliance certification — india
Pay per employee, per certification: each assessment costs 5 credits — ₹150 at ₹30 per credit — with no platform fee, no seat licences and no annual contract. Credit packs discount volume by up to 13%, and new organisations get 250 free credits: enough to certify a 50-employee pilot wave free before paying anything.
Frequently asked questions
What is a compliance certification assessment?+
A timed, proctored test that measures whether an employee understood and can apply what compliance training taught — as opposed to a completion record, which only proves they attended. On AssessAll, each certification combines original workplace scenarios (applied judgement) with knowledge questions (the law itself), scores instantly against a 70% pass mark, and issues a verifiable digital badge on passing. It measures capability; it is not the training itself and not legal advice.
Does passing the POSH assessment make my organisation POSH-compliant?+
No — and no assessment can. Statutory obligations under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 — constituting an Internal Committee, conducting workshops and awareness programmes, filing the annual report — are matters for your organisation and its legal advisors. What AssessAll provides is measurement: proctored, per-employee evidence of understanding and judgement, with a verifiable record of who was certified and when. Many organisations use that evidence alongside their compliance programme; it does not replace the programme.
What does the POSH certification assessment cover?+
Twelve original, fictional workplace scenarios that test judgement — recognising situations, choosing the right response, understanding what happens next — and eight knowledge questions on the 2013 Act itself: the Internal Committee, complaint timelines, employer duties and employee rights. It runs 25 minutes under proctoring with a 70% pass mark, and is designed for annual administration, so last year's certified employees re-certify on fresh sittings.
What does the DPDP Act certification cover?+
Ten workplace scenarios testing applied judgement on consent, breach response, children's data and data-principal rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, plus eight knowledge questions on the Act's core provisions — 18 questions in 22 minutes, proctored, 70% to pass. It suits any team that handles personal data: HR, support, sales operations, engineering, and BPO/GCC delivery teams working on Indian data.
We already run POSH training with a provider. Where does AssessAll fit?+
After the training — and, ideally, before it too. AssessAll is deliberately training-agnostic: run any provider's workshop or e-learning, then certify understanding on a proctored assessment the trainees have not seen. Run it before the programme as well and you get a baseline, which turns the training itself into a measured intervention: the before/after delta shows whether the workshop moved judgement or just filled a room.
How much does compliance certification cost per employee?+
₹150 per employee per certification — 5 credits at ₹30 per credit — whether you certify five people or five thousand. There is no platform fee, no seat licence and no annual contract; credit packs discount volume by up to 13%. New organisations get 250 free credits, so a 50-employee pilot wave is free. Employees can also take a certification individually from the Store at ₹149.
How do I know an employee did not just look up the answers?+
The assessment runs proctored: fullscreen is required, tab switches are limited and logged, and copy-paste and right-click are blocked. The scenario items are also original and fictional — they test judgement about a situation, not facts that can be searched mid-attempt. A failed attempt can be retaken, but every retake is a fresh proctored sitting.
What does the employee receive on passing?+
A digital badge on the Open Badges 3.0 standard — 'POSH certified' or 'DPDP certified' — recording the achievement, the criteria and the issue date, with a public verification link anyone can check: an auditor, a client, or a future employer. The badge also joins the employee's verified Skill Passport, alongside any other AssessAll assessments they have completed.
Can we roll this out without involving IT?+
Yes. Certification is assigned from the organisation dashboard and completed by employees on their own phones or laptops — no software to install, no accounts for IT to provision, no lab bookings. Scoring is instant and the dashboard tracks passes, failures and pending employees by name as submissions arrive, so HR can close a certification wave in days.
