Trust, privacy and troubleshooting
I got a blank screen or an error message.
Reload once, and if it recurs send us the time it happened and what you were doing — that is usually all we need.
Reload the page first. A single transient error is usually just that, and reloading is safe — your work is saved.
If it comes back, the two details that let us fix it quickly are:
- When it happened — the approximate time and your time zone.
- What you were doing — the assessment name, and which screen or question you were on.
Send those to your HR contact or straight to us. A screenshot helps but is not essential.
Please do not keep retrying a screen that errors repeatedly, particularly on a timed assessment. Report it instead. We would rather extend your time or reset the section than have you spend it fighting a bug.
