Can I change my name, email address or password?
Name and password: yes, from Settings. Email address: ask your organisation, so your assignments stay linked.
Open Settings once signed in to update your name or password.
Your email address is the anchor that ties your assignments, attempts and reports together. If it needs to change — a new work address, for example — ask your HR contact rather than creating a second account, so your history stays intact. Creating a new account with a different address will leave your assigned assessments behind on the old one.
