Taking an assessment
My internet dropped, or I closed the tab. Have I lost my answers?
No — answers are saved to our servers as you go. Reopen the same link and continue.
Your answers are saved continuously while you work — that is what the Auto-saving indicator at the top of the screen means. They are stored on our servers, not only in your browser.
To carry on:
- Sign in again at assessall.com.
- Go to Assessments → Shared with my organisation.
- Select Resume on the assessment.
You will return to where you stopped, with your earlier answers intact.
If a timed assessment ran past its limit while you were away, it may have submitted automatically with the answers you had given. Your HR team can tell you whether a fresh attempt is available.
