Taking an assessment
I do not have a password, or I have forgotten it
Use "Forgot?" on the login page — a reset link arrives in the same inbox within a minute.
You do not need to contact anyone to get a password.
- On the login page, select Forgot? next to the Password field.
- Enter the same email address your organisation invited.
- Select Send reset link. A message arrives within a minute or two.
- Open the link, set a new password, and you are signed in.
The reset link is single-use and expires. If it has gone stale, just request another one — there is no limit on how many times you can do this.
Still stuck? Check that you are using the exact email address on the invitation, including any full stops or middle initials.
