For HR and organisation admins
I am new to AssessAll. What is the fastest route from nothing to results?
Five steps: add your people, top up credits, launch an assessment to a group, watch completion, read the reports.
The whole cycle takes about fifteen minutes to set up and then runs itself.
- Add your people. People in the left-hand menu. Add them one at a time, or import a spreadsheet — the importer creates accounts and emails each person their login details.
- Check your credit balance. Wallet. Credits are the single currency for everything; each assessment shows its credit price before you commit.
- Launch to a group. Programs (or Assessments → Assign). Pick the assessment, pick the people, and confirm. Everyone is emailed and it appears under Shared with my organisation on their side.
- Watch completion. Assignments shows every person's status — assigned, in progress, completed — with dates.
- Read the results. Reports for individuals, Insights for the group picture.
Decide one thing at launch: do participants see their own reports? They do by default. If you want to debrief the group before anyone reads their own, switch on Hold reports until we release them when you launch — see the next answer.
If you would rather be walked through your first launch on a call, ask us — we would rather spend twenty minutes with you than have a programme go out wrong.
