Ordering items are scored by position match, so a paragraph with two sentences swapped earns most of the credit rather than none. Phrasing items award one point for the keyed most effective message and one for the keyed least, with keys following communication principles stated in each explanation — lead with the point, state the impact, offer the alternative, avoid hedging that hides the ask. All passages and scenarios are original. Response times are recorded but not scored. No commercial verbal test is copied or referenced.
