The two ways to buy it, and why the unit price differs

An organisation buys credits instead of sittings, at ₹30 a credit, and a completed DISC Prism sitting draws 100 credits from the organisation's wallet — ₹3,000-equivalent per person at the standard rate. The credit route isn't there because it's cheaper per head; it exists so one admin can fund a wallet, assign sittings across a team without collecting 40 separate card payments, and receive a single GST invoice instead of 40.

That gap between ₹1,999 and a ₹3,000-equivalent is real, and worth being direct about: while the individual sale price holds, buying separate one-off sittings is the cheaper route per head, and the credit system's advantage is administrative, not price. That flips the moment the individual price reverts to its ₹3,999 list price — at list, the credit-equivalent rate (₹3,000) is cheaper regardless of team size, so which route is actually cheapest depends on which price is live when you buy. Worked example: pricing a 40-person team

Forty sittings need 40 × 100 = 4,000 credits. The 250 free organisation credits cover two full sittings with 50 left over, so the team needs 3,750 more. At the standard ₹30-a-credit rate that's ₹112,500 cash out — about ₹2,813 per person averaged across all 40 once the free credits are spread across the group.

A discounted pack changes the arithmetic slightly: four Growth packs (1,000 credits each, ₹27,900 per pack, 7% off list) buy 4,000 credits for ₹111,600 total — marginally cheaper than paying spot for exactly what's needed, and it banks roughly 250 spare credits for the next round rather than using them exactly to zero. A Scale pack (5,000 credits, ₹130,500, 13% off) is the better unit price at ₹26.10 a credit, but is overkill for a single 40-person drive unless more sittings are already planned.

For comparison, running the same 40 people through 40 separate individual checkouts at today's ₹1,999 sale price costs ₹79,960 total — cheaper than any of the credit routes above, for the reason explained in the previous section: the sale price is currently below the credit-equivalent rate. What the 250 free credits actually cover

The free credits carry a 90-day validity window from signup, same as every other AssessAll free-credit grant. They're a genuine pilot, not a marketing number: they draw from the same wallet and the same 100-credit sitting cost as a paid credit purchase, so what a pilot produces is identical to what a paid rollout produces.

GST, invoicing and input tax credit

Every INR price above is GST-inclusive at 18%, not added at checkout. On the ₹1,999 individual sitting that splits to roughly ₹1,694 base plus ₹305 GST; on a ₹30 credit, roughly ₹25 base plus ₹5 GST. There is no separate tax line to negotiate — the number on the page is the number on the invoice.

A company that enters its GSTIN and registered legal name at checkout gets the invoice issued in the company's name, which is what an organisation needs to claim input tax credit. If a buyer forgets to add it at the time of purchase, the invoice can be reissued afterward with the GSTIN added — worth doing before the accounting period closes rather than after.
