For employers & talent platforms hiring across borders
Proof, for the people you will never meet.
Remote Talent Verification is a proctored assessment battery employers and talent marketplaces use to verify offshore candidates before hiring them — working English, role-relevant skills, and workplace reliability measured in a single sitting, returned as one evidence report with an identity-baseline photo and an integrity band on every attempt. It is built for the corridors where the employer is in the US, UK, EU or Australia and the candidate is in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, the Philippines or India: the hiring side pays per candidate in US dollars, the candidate needs no account and no card, and results are ranked the moment each person submits.
A CV from another continent is a claim, not evidence
Portfolios can be borrowed, references can be arranged, and a polished written application says nothing about how someone handles a live problem in English. A proctored battery replaces the claim with a measurement taken under the same conditions for every candidate.
You cannot watch someone take a test 8,000km away
AI proctoring captures an identity-baseline photo, monitors face presence and additional faces, and tracks tab switches and screen captures, grading every attempt High, Medium or Low on integrity — with the evidence attached for you to review before an offer, not summarised away.
Candidates in these markets cannot pay, and should not have to
Card penetration and currency friction make candidate-paid screening a dead end in exactly the corridors with the most talent. Here the employer or the platform pays in USD, per candidate assessed. The candidate opens a link on a phone and starts.
AI has made written screening tests meaningless
A take-home written exercise now measures who has the better model. Proctored sessions, spoken tasks scored by AI speech engines, and situational judgement under time pressure measure the person — and the integrity evidence tells you when they were not working alone.
What you get
Built for remote talent verification
Working English, written and spoken
Comprehension, written accuracy, and AI-scored speaking and listening drawn from a 48-product English catalogue — so 'good English' becomes a score you can set a bar against.
Role-relevant ability
Numerical, logical, verbal, abstract and attention-to-detail batteries from a 50-test aptitude catalogue, matched to the role rather than bolted on generically.
Reliability and workplace judgement
Situational judgement items measuring ownership, follow-through, escalation and communication under pressure — the behaviours that decide whether a remote hire works out.
Proctoring with reviewable evidence
Identity-baseline photo, face-presence and additional-face detection, tab-switch and screenshot monitoring, and an integrity band on every attempt, with the evidence retained for your review.
One evidence report per candidate
Scores, integrity band, section detail and an AI-written summary in a single report you can forward to a hiring manager or a client — under your branding if you are a platform.
Verified credentials the candidate keeps
Each result can become a Skill Passport credential with a public verification link, so a candidate who passes for one employer arrives at the next with evidence instead of a claim.
One link, any phone, no accounts
Delivery is a share link or QR code. Candidates create no account, the player is mobile-ready and resumable, and it tolerates unstable connections — which is what makes screening across weak-network markets practical.
Verification bundles
Three depths of evidence. You pick the bar.
Bundles are recommended battery configurations you launch from your dashboard and pay for per candidate in credits. Add or remove components and the credit cost follows — these are typical configurations, not fixed SKUs.
For employers & talent platforms
Per-candidate verification. Launch with a share link or QR code; every attempt returns scores, an integrity band, reviewable proctoring evidence and a ranked place in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
How do you verify a candidate you will never meet?+
By measuring them under controlled conditions instead of trusting a document. Every candidate takes the same battery through one link: working English, role-relevant ability, and workplace judgement, with an identity-baseline photo captured at the start and face-presence, additional-face, tab-switch and screenshot monitoring throughout. You receive scores, section detail, an integrity band and the proctoring evidence itself — so the decision rests on what the person did, not on what their CV claims.
Is this a background check?+
No, and it is important not to confuse the two. AssessAll verifies demonstrated capability under proctored conditions — English, skills, judgement, and the integrity of the session. It does not verify legal identity documents, employment history, education records or criminal history. Use a background-screening provider for those; use this for whether the person can actually do the work.
What does it cost, and who pays?+
The employer or the talent platform pays, per candidate assessed, in US dollars: a verification battery is 20-40 credits, i.e. US$10-20 per candidate at US$0.50 per credit, with pack discounts up to 13%. The candidate pays nothing and needs no card — which is the point, because candidate-paid screening does not work in the markets this is built for. New organisations get 250 free credits to verify a first shortlist before spending anything.
Can candidates just use AI to pass?+
That is exactly why written take-home exercises have stopped being useful. Verification sessions are proctored and timed, spoken tasks are scored by AI speech engines from the candidate's own recorded voice, and situational judgement runs under time pressure. Tab switches, screen captures, face absence and additional faces are all recorded and reflected in the integrity band, and the evidence is attached to the attempt for you to review before making an offer.
Which countries does this work in?+
Anywhere with a phone and a usable connection. It is built for the offshore hiring corridors in particular — candidates in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, the Philippines and India being hired by employers in the US, UK, EU and Australia — because delivery needs no candidate account, no card, and no desktop, and the player is resumable when a connection drops.
What does the employer actually receive?+
One report per candidate: overall and per-section scores, an integrity band with the proctoring evidence, an AI-written summary of strengths and risks, and a ranked position against everyone else in the same drive. Reports can be forwarded to a hiring manager or an end client, and platforms can present them under their own branding.
Can a talent marketplace embed this for its whole supply side?+
Yes — that is the volume configuration. Platforms get white-label branding, client workspaces, wholesale credit pricing, and bulk delivery through links, QR drives or roster imports, so every listed candidate carries verified evidence rather than a self-reported profile. Get in touch through the partners page to scope it.
Does the candidate keep anything?+
Yes. Results can become Skill Passport credentials with public verification links, so a candidate who has been verified once arrives at the next employer with evidence instead of a claim. That is deliberate: it makes candidates willing participants rather than people being tested at, and it compounds the value of every assessment you pay for.
