What is a Learning Journey?

A structured programme with baseline, in-training and outcome stages — so you can prove what your training changed.

A Learning Journey wraps your training in measurement.

  • Baseline — assess before the programme so you know where each cohort actually starts.
  • In-training checkpoints — short assessments between modules to catch drift while you can still correct it.
  • Outcome — reassess afterwards and report the movement, per skill and per person.

You attach assessments to each stage, set the window in which each stage opens, and enrol participants as cohorts. The result is a before-and-after story you can put in front of a client sponsor, rather than a feedback form.

Watching helps here. Learning journeys are covered in depth — launching one, choosing a cohort, and deciding when participants see their reports — in the admin walkthrough video. It is written for HR and organisation admins, but the journey mechanics are identical for trainers and partners.
