About twenty minutes of questions about how you usually think, get on with people, and handle everyday situations. Some ask you to pick which of four statements is most and least like you; some describe a situation and ask what you would do; some are simple ratings. There are no right answers and nothing is timed. At the end you get a personal report you can keep.
