# Your brand. Our engine. Provable training impact.

AssessAll for training providers is a white-label assessment platform trainers and consultancies use to deliver assessments to their clients under their own brand. Manage multiple client organisations from one console, allocate credits per engagement, and hand every participant a personalised, branded report — while pre/post cycles prove the impact of your training.

## What goes wrong today

- **No measurement, no renewal** — Clients renew when you can show movement. Pre/post assessment turns your training outcomes into charts.
- **Building a platform is expensive** — Get an enterprise-grade engine — proctoring, AI grading, reports — without building or maintaining anything.
- **Juggling many clients** — One console, many client organisations: separate data, separate branding, one credit wallet you control.
- **"Everyone loved it" is not a renewal argument** — Reaction scores and a completion percentage describe the delivery, not the result. A client sponsor who has to defend the spend internally needs a number about capability, and the provider who brings one to the renewal conversation is arguing from evidence while everyone else is arguing from testimonials.
- **Funding paperwork is not outcome evidence** — In levy and grant-funded markets the claim file proves the training took place — attendance, invoice, provider forms. It is the correct evidence for the funder and it says nothing about whether anything changed. Providers who can hand a client both files win the second engagement.

## What AssessAll does

- **Multi-client management** — Host each client as its own organisation with isolated data and its own portal.
- **Credit allocation** — Buy credits once, allocate them across client engagements as you sell.
- **Branded reports & portals** — Participants see your programme's identity on assessments and reports.
- **Engagement analytics** — Completion, score distributions, and competency movement per client engagement.
- **Full catalogue access** — 250+ assessments — leadership, behavioural, cognitive, language — ready to deploy for any client brief.
- **Custom instruments** — Commission bespoke assessments for a client's exact competency model or industry context.
- **Impact reports built on matched pairs** — A Learning Journey sequences a baseline, optional checkpoints and an outcome wave around your programme. Gain is computed only on participants who completed both ends; outcome-only and baseline-only participants are counted and shown separately, so the client sees the coverage the number rests on rather than an average that quietly excludes the people who dropped out.
- **Matched post-programme forms** — A post form can carry the same constructs, option structure and expert keys as the baseline on cloned situations, so the shift across a programme is measured without memory effects — the participant is not re-sitting items they have already seen.
- **Per-competency movement and named non-improvers** — Every competency gets its own baseline mean, outcome mean, gain, paired effect size, and the count of participants who crossed the pass threshold from below. Participants whose score did not move are flagged individually — which is the follow-up conversation, and the part of the report a client actually acts on.
- **White-label, with one line that stays** — Portals, assessments and reports carry your brand. A small "Powered by AssessAll.com" remains on issued credentials and their verification pages, because the credential is issued by AssessAll regardless of who delivered the sitting — we say so here rather than letting you find out at launch.
- **Enrol a learner from your own system, and get the components back** — The public API now carries enrolments: POST /api/v1/enrolments enrols a person in a programme under a sponsoring organisation and returns the component list, and one open enrolment per person per programme version means a repeat call returns the existing one rather than creating a duplicate. As each component sitting is scored, a component.result webhook fires alongside sitting.scored, and enrolment.updated fires when the enrolment's state changes. Verified against the codebase on 6 September 2026.
- **Say who controls what, before the client's DPIA asks** — When you assess a client's people under your own brand, three parties touch the data and the labels are not obvious. The ICO's audit of AI recruitment tools found several providers describing themselves as processors while exercising control over central model development, and took the position that such a provider is a controller for that processing whatever the contract says. AssessAll infers no protected characteristic and does not need candidate data to develop a central model, which is the honest form of that answer rather than a certification. Write the split per activity into your client agreement — who decides the constructs, who decides the bar, who decides retention — and it stops being a question raised during procurement.
- **A missed webhook is recoverable without asking us** — Every delivery carries an eventId that stays identical across a retry and a replay, and GET /api/v1/events returns your organisation's events for a window — default the last seven days, 100 per page, oldest first — in exactly the envelope that was delivered. Deliveries are signed as X-AssessAll-Signature: sha256=<HMAC-SHA256 of the exact raw body>, with a five-second timeout and one retry on a network error or 5xx. If your endpoint was down for an afternoon, you replay the window rather than reconciling by hand.

## Use cases

- Pre/post assessment around leadership programmes
- Client capability audits before proposing interventions
- DISC and behavioural profiling workshops
- Certification testing for your own academies
- Assessment-led consulting engagements
- Reselling assessments as a new revenue line
- Levy- and grant-funded programmes that need an outcome reading alongside the claim file
- Renewal conversations where a capability number has to do the arguing
