# Know your skills. Prove your skills. Grow your skills.

AssessAll for individuals is a self-assessment platform professionals use to measure their real capabilities, receive AI-written coaching reports, and build a verified Skill Passport — a shareable profile of measured competencies that employers can independently verify. Signing up is free and comes with 100 credits, enough for your first one or two full assessments.

## What goes wrong today

- **Your CV says it — can you prove it?** — Verified credentials with public verification links turn claims into evidence recruiters trust.
- **Generic feedback helps nobody** — Every assessment ends in a personalised, AI-written report about you — strengths, gaps, and next steps.
- **Career direction without data** — Discover your workstyle, leadership potential, and skill gaps before your next move.
- **Everyone now claims they use AI well** — "Proficient with AI tools" has arrived on almost every CV in eighteen months and it distinguishes nobody, because nothing behind it is demonstrated. What separates people is whether they can brief an assistant properly, notice when it has invented something, and own the output — and that is a thing that can be measured in a live session rather than asserted in a bullet point.
- **A certificate is only worth its verification** — A PDF anyone can edit proves nothing. What makes a credential usable to a stranger is a verification page they can open without contacting you, and an issuer prepared to state what the credential does and does not evidence.

## What AssessAll does

- **100 free credits on signup** — Enough for one to two full assessments before you pay anything.
- **250+ assessments** — Leadership, workstyle, spoken English, aptitude, and applied professional skills.
- **AI coaching reports** — Deeply personalised narrative reports — not generic percentile dumps.
- **Verified Skill Passport** — A living, shareable profile of your measured competencies with verification links.
- **Progress over time** — Retake assessments and watch your competency scores and trends move.
- **Buy only what you use** — Top up credits pay-as-you-go, or buy single assessments in the Store at a clean price.
- **AssessAll Certified — a credential with a verification page** — The Certified line issues signed, verifiable credentials in the Open Badges 3.0 and W3C Verifiable Credentials 2.0 formats, valid for 24 months, with a public verification page anyone can open. Three levels — Distinction, Professional, Foundation — and a free retake within 14 days for a near miss.
- **Certified: AI Collaboration (AICQ)** — A 40-minute credential in working with an AI assistant, built around live role-play sessions with an assistant designed to fail in the ways real ones do: it fills vague briefs with confident invention and reassures lazy questions without re-checking. The test is whether you brief it, steer it, verify it and own the output. From US$19 / ₹999.
- **What the levels do not yet claim** — The level cuts on Certified credentials are design priors, not empirically derived cut scores, and are due for recalibration against the first 200 sittings. No evidence yet links a level to job performance or retention, and no employer has agreed to accept the credential. We would rather say that here than let you infer otherwise.
- **If a UK employer rejected you by algorithm, you can now ask four things** — The UK rule changed on 5 February 2026. New UK GDPR Article 22B lets an employer take a significant decision about you solely by automated means, but only if it tells you such decisions are taken, lets you make representations, lets you obtain human intervention, and lets you contest the outcome. Those are your four asks, and a rejection email that offers none of them is a reasonable thing to reply to. Ask what was measured, what the bar was, and who the human is who can look again.
- **An English result you can read subscale by subscale** — The English suite reports Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency and Pronunciation separately as well as a composite, weighted 0.30, 0.20, 0.25 and 0.25 onto a 10–90 scale with CEFR bands attached (B2 runs 53–66). That matters for a job hunt: a composite can sit at the bottom of B2 while pronunciation sits in A2, and the subscale is the thing to work on. Practising against a number you cannot decompose is practising blind.
